Come back on the synchronization
Winemate is still my favorite Cellar management program. But things have changed. I finally wrote a PC client for Winemate, and the conduit will be released during May 2005. So, now the solution is complete on Palm & PC.Please see the news on winemate Web Site

Top program
I look for a cellar management program for month (years), and start to develop my own utility, but stop everything when I found WineMate.WineMate is easy to use, complete, the only thing missing is a complete synchronization tool (PC to PDA is not yet supported, but announced). Anyway, I think it is the best Cellar Management Program I've ever seen ... Many Thanks to Dean Cleave-Smith and Chris Ramsay.
