No Support
Bought this product 6 weeks ago and have yet to get the support I need to get the Windows side of the operation (i.e. send the file in the correct format to the hot syn manager) working. After repeated emails to the support people I have been getting promises but no support! Worst experience I have had in five years of buying shareware.

I think Palm Boulevard should check whether or not they should continue to list this developer.

Not Good
After you purchase this product you need to purchase yet another version to "convert" all those files you see on the web. My windows version (stated to run under ME)would not run under Windows ME and a letter to Tomeraider brought NO RESPONSE. You have to admire a shareware company that dosen't care about you...and like Bill Gates, designs in double charging system to read copyright free Wilke Collins stories. I'm staying with RichReader. They accept rich text format( so I can put ANYTHING I want onto my palm) and they supply a converter rtf2doc free! And it really works!

It is Stupendous
Tomeraider 2.2 does not support expansion slot yet but with MsMount i can use a 9.7 Mb dictionary which operates faster than a 2Mb database Noah lite!
It blows the competition away with it ability to read large files at lightning speed (almost literately)

But it does lack an autoscroll and ability to copy text.

still no mmc/SD-card support of data
still no mmc/SD-card support of data

to my knowledge only the palmreader is supporting reading data from the card at the moment.
i was quite disappointed to see that this is not fixed in the new version of tomeraider.
if tr. is going to support mmc/SD cards i´m going to buy it.
