Crashing issues
My operating system is Windows Vista, and I have WinRAR installed to unzip the file. Once downloaded, the file unzips successfully and runs fine. However, after the required file selection and hotsync, my computer crashes. (Ah, the blue screen of death- Vista version.) Any help for the lost?

Solution to JJ's problem: Brain Transplant
JJ, your battery problem is all in your head. See, this area is for user reviews of Pilot Install 4.8, not for getting help with some failing hardware... Sell the Palm, or give it away - no-one with your dull wits will ever be able to work the thing anyway.

Help Palm 505 battery draining
Detailed Description: My Palm battery loses life after a few hrs. off the charging stand. Like I'll take it off in the am and by lunch it's more than 2/3's of the way towards empty battery. At night after it has a full charge I might use it with the light on for about 20 mins to hr. and the battery shows empty.
I went on a vacation and fully charged with my car charger in the
morning and by the end of the day it was not only out of battery the memory wa gone (I had backed-up but it lost what I had entered that day) I need a longer battery life but t send it in and get it fixed means being without it for the time it takes which is not possible due to my work.
What can be done here? Anyone can can replace battery like this is the local Santa Cruz, CA area?
