PK Dose
As a practicing clinical pharmacist for 30+ years, and a faculty member at various schools of Pharmacy, I have been "applying" pharmacokinetics to patient care for literally thousands of patients. This program, so far, is the easiest to use I have found. It's primary shortcoming is the lack of maintaining a patient database. On the other hand, it is quick and easy to make calculate doses, either initially, or from serum levels. Great start!
