Palm never again
Have a problem with configuration of my Palm m500 using MultiMail. I am able to send mails but cannot receive, because PDA can not establish connection to POP 3 server. Try since 4 weeks to get help from Palm helpdesk. Do not know why this people earn money ? There is no tech-support of this company. Wanted easy access to my mails, but spent now lots of hours with tries to make it happen. Forget Palm, forget this companies support. That toys are far to expensive and useless.

Crashes when enquiring on mail servers
My copy of this (3.1) crashes my M500 when I use the Mail server enquiry option. if you toggle across the boxes marked 1 to 8, very often one will replace the server name to arow of small boxes instead of letters, and then you get a fatal exception window, which you have to press reset to get out of! Has anybody else experienced this? Just as well I don't need to change mail server settings a lot!!

Works great.
I tried the demo of this and it worked great for me. I did have to edit the PPP script, but that is not part of MultiMail, rather it is part of the Palm software itself. I, however, have not tried the conduit. Nor did I buy the conduit. I do not use Eudora (or shudder Outlook) and do not plan to. It is simple and easy to use. The MultiMail Discovery demo that is on here does not seem to work, though.

No tech support + poor Mac conduit support = 0
Mac version of conduit seems to sync with the Palm Mail database and not with MultiMail when using OE/Entourage and no options checked. With any options checked, just get error messages on a HotSync. I dont know if this is standard behavior as I have not received any replies from my e-mails to tech support.

Another waisted night
Carshes, reloads, reconfigurations and frustration. The demo worked fine. Looked like a reasonable purchase. If I ever see "Unable to establish PPP connection" again it will be too soon.

I'm not sure what to rate this for...
Although its feature list was enough for me to spend 2 hours attempting to configure I still haven't gotten it to work either. That's pretty sad, it seems like an excellent email solution minus a wireless modem. Here's another problem I can't solve because I can't get it to run- Does it work with MS Entourage? I may never know....
