I love Diet and Exercise Assistant!
I never knew how many calories I was taking in everyday until I downloaded the Demo. It even let me see where my present weight and my goal weight came in on a weight chart. The program tells you how long it will take to lose the weight. I also love the fact that I can add food items in the Food Database. It's really easy to use, I didn't have to read any instruction manuals or anything.

How did I not find this earlier?
Found this app by accident, tried the demo and splashed out on the full monty. First rate! Having diet and exercise info close to hand in my palm m 100 has allowed me to make real progress towards a healthier weight. How about a european food database for free download? I've had no problem retaining my own entries in the food database.

Almost Fabulous!!
This is a great way to track your intake & what you burn. The only thing that I get frustrated with is the fact that it does not save user defined food items. If I input an item that is not on the list, I have to put it in every time I eat it. Other than that small annoyance, I think this is a good program.
