Usability

This company is not trustworthy!
The original "Concourse" was for the Long Island Railroad. They promised to update it whenever the schedule changed. Not only are the not living up to this promise, but they do not respond to my emails, and the program no longer exists. Be wary dealing with these people.

don't bother its outdated
The product was great back in 2002 when the information was correct.
The subway lines now have different routes and the program has never been updated.
