Help for you guys
I can't give it a rating, cause I don't really need the program, but it sounds pretty good. The deal with hackmaster is: 1) It does not come with the Palm or Handspring! 2) search for hackmaster on this site, and download it - it's a worthwhile program to have. 3) after you get hackmaster, then open it up, and this program should appear in it's menu - then you can change this programs options to your likings. Hope this explains it well enough! jas8522

Hack issues
Mr. Knopp in the last opinion reported problems with installation related to a hack issue. The read me file that comes with the battery log install points out that your PDA must have a hack program installed in order to operate the battery log. The file refers to options such as the free application X-master from www.linksoft.com/ as an option. Once this is installed, everything works fine.

Somewhat useful but inaccurate
I've found this program intends to provide some very valuable, useful information. But in useage, it makes errors. For example, when I use the backlight, the program makes no notice of it. It also does not always keep accurate logs and it shows the time in use and total time on the same or close to the same. Also, the estimated battery time remaining never, at least in my case, is even close to accurate and changes frequently.

Best battery tracking program yet.
I use the Battery Log program at least every other day to check the status of my batteris. I use my Clie a lot. This even let you see when the last time you charged it and how long you have used your backlight.I also commend the author of this product for having it out and posting it for FREE! Thanks for all those nights of lost sleep and debugging.

Thumbs up!
I think this is a great little piece of software. I use to use RunTime, but Battery Log is by far superior and easy to read.
