Description:
Auto Calculator computes monthly car lease payments. Base the lease payment off of the negotiated price or the dealer invoice price (which includes profit and dealer hold back). You set the state sales tax, dealer profit, money factor and lease term. The Capitalized Cost window lets you enter the agreed upon price, dealer invoice, previous loan balance and any other additions. The Capitalized Cost Reduction window lets you enter the destination charge, acquisition fee, security deposit, down payment, trade-in, dealer incentives, customer rebate, dealer holding and advertising fee. The only drawback to this otherwise useful program is that it includes no documentation.
