FlightMaster Aviation GPS is an Aviation GPS Navigation solution for Palm Based PDA's and Treo Phones, and Palm Centro phones. FlightMaster, a Palm Aviation Software Solution that is available either as a software or as a complete aviation handheld GPS solution. When combined with copilot, it performs general aviation flight planning calculations -- the calculations that you would usually perform with a ruler, a protractor and an E6B calculator. It presents the information as it is required in order to file a flight plan. Less time planning and more time flying :-) Flightmaster - is a valuable primary or backup for any aviator - the Palm Aviation Software runs on a PalmOS device, independant of the aircraft power supply. In the event of an electrical failure it could still get you safely home (or to a nearby airfield. A Moving map, Horizontal Situation Indicator (HSI), Attitude Approxiamtor, A Proximity Waypoints page shows nearest airfields, VOR and NDB navigation aids.
Version 7.6 is a rock solid platform that utilizes the Jeppesen NavData database. verticle navigation and a night mode screen setting is available. The proximate has changed in order to function as an easy search page to find any airport or nav aid you might be looking for.
