T5 Where is PALM OS 6 ?
I am a happy, heavy user of the T3. The T5 was a surprize to me. Where is OS6 ? It was a 9 month ago, that PALM announced that the OS5 will go for Smartphones, and the OS6 for PDA. Now, after the relaunch of the OS6 it is the other way round ! Is that the reason, SONY all of sudden quit Palm ? How about the API for HiRes 320*480. It is still not supported by PalmSoft ? PalmOne has further developped its own OS5, new 5.4. The memory is impressive, but cannot it not be fully used for data an applications ? What about the E-series ? T5 = a lot of new questions for me. It seems that PalmSoft is going for smartphones only, Tungsten lineup will be reduced to the T5 with no further E2.
