Installation Software
I recently purchased a T3 from Gizmos2go and it came with the wrong Installation Software. I have not been able to get the dealer to send me the correct software. Does anyone know where I can get this software

Big Let Down
I loved my T3! But I busted my screen and Palm let me down. I had my whole life loaded in my T3, and I went nowhere without it. I was so hooked that I even added tons of software to it. Unless someone can tell me how to get another screen without have to pay upwards of $200 through Palm, I'll never buy or recommend Palm because of their poor customer service.

Very good Handheld
The T3 hand held is absolutely outstanding. Since I bought I am able to use it for various things. I must say that I have invested in a metal hard case to avoid the matter of cracked screens. I recently found out that I can use my T3 as a universal remote as I have so many appliances in the houses that uses different remote’s and always wanted one.

T3 Tungsten Broken screen
I gave this PDA a poor rating because of their customer service. PDA are very fragile, so I broke the glass top during one of my trips. Well, try to find a T3 screen replacement for a T3. Only PalmOne has them for $125 plus shipping (That is 1/3 of the regular price). Is this screen much different from the other Tungsteng PDAs? Probably not... In addition, as soon as you break the screen/glass you PDA is no longer under warranty. Can you imagine if a car dealer do that to your new vehicle? You broke the windshield, your warranty is void! Yeah, right! Before my T3 I had Palm VIx and they didn't give me such a hard time replacing the screen/glasstop, and it was not under warranty... go figure!!! Any item without an outstanding support is worthless. Peougeot and Fiats are great cars, but they lack an outstanding customer support to make them worthy. In this case, so is the T3.

Great Product
I dropped my T and I am looking for a new device. The T was excellent and I expect this to be even better. Ashame it does not have Wi-Fi...Would be great if Palm would make a T4 with Wi-Fi and a keyboard on the slider!

Most Outstanding
I upgraded to the T3 from my beloved m515--which I thought I'd keep for life--until I met the T3. Lots of RAM, great screen--I read a lot of e-books. Love it!
