After many years of owning a IIIe upgraded (unfortunately) not user friendly at all.Unable to replace battery, which was the cause of a considerable number of crashes. Tried to send back to Palm, Customer Service sucks. Thank god for Dell.

Very Good. Wish Photos could be moved to address bk
I really like the Zire 71. Very easy to use. Color and backround preferences good, too. I would like the palm handhelds to upgrade the visuals inside applications. For example, my kyocera cell phone shows icons in the address book, for cell, home or work. 3D menus and Icons would make the palm REALLY attractive.

why to upgrade to Zire 71
I replaced my m515 with this beauty and here's why you may want to do the same: 1) new screen resolution rocks and document files (excel mostly) are NOW ready for you to work on them. 2) very handy camera that you now can carry everywhere. 3) mp3 player.
I do miss m515's size and aluminium case and also some old games like hardball that don't work under palm os 5.2.1 but I still recomend to upgrade now.
