However, you will need version 3.0.2 for it to work correctly. I recall reading about syncing problems due to the MP3 capability of Clies, but Missing Sync 3.0.2 addressed those problems. I believe the 320 can play MP3s with the Sony adapter, so that doesn't make sense in your case. I'm sure there is a spec difference in the way the 360 transfers data via the hot sync cable.
