This is everything you'll need. You have 40mb of memory. Additional software is installed to run application directly off of the Memory Stick. You have a travel charger. You have a keyboard (about laptop size) that folds up in the size of your Sony handheld. I've used the Brando protective cover since I got it less than a year ago. The screen has no scratches. I kept the device itself in a leather wallet, so the handheld has no scratches. This device is perfect for upgrading or to have a second device or maybe even to give the wife something to play with.
