I have the same problem with my 360 on NT. Someone on the 320 board gave advise to try the software at the palm site (8Mb). I will try this on Monday.

I suspect it is a problem with an incomplete uninstal. ie.) when I look at add-remove programs palm software is available to remove however it does not reside on disk (the registry entry exists but not the software)
