Jog Dial is gone!

I've been using it for almost a year now keeping it in EB case. No external damage so far. I guess, once I installed Document To Go in my clie, jog dial stopped working. It might be just a coincidence, but I don't find any other reasons. Does someone know anything about this kind of case? Is this message offensive or in violation of this board's policies?
