It comes with a Japanese OS, USB Cradle, Charger, Stylus, Protective Cover and Installation CD-ROM. It has a crack in the display glass and the touch screen function does not work properly anymore. It is possible to view data (color display) and use the jog dial. MP3-function and MS-Slot work fine, IR-Port as well. Except for a few scratches, the Clie still looks alright.
