oh boy this is a problem, ok. let's try this again. first off
when you put the palm on the cradle is the orange light
coming on? if so this is a good sign. you are getting juice
to the palm. while on the cradle push in the reset button
while holding down the green power button. this is going to
be a little akward but try. take the reset pin out of the
reset hole without taking your finger off the power button
for at least 4 seconds. release the power button and see if
the palm will come on. if it does and says erase all data say
yes even though you will lose everything. if this works re
hotsync WITHOUT doing the upgrade on the os.
