Hi, I had the same problem. First tried hard boot on cradle, it didn't help at all. Then tried soft boot, and left power on to palm. The battery light kept on burning. after a couple of minutes switched power off, and after that battery light started to blink very slowly, it seems to charge battery now. Hope this helps.
