Hi To ALL You Guyz: Thanks for sharing you ANGST with the "hotsync-cradle-charging-problem". - I've mail-ordered away for my PalmIIIc unit;...although I reside no more than 30/40 miles from the 3Com Hqds. just south of the SF Bay Area. - Your complains with the recharging function are scaring me to death;...BUT at least I should be able to get a quick turn-around on any forthcoming support & service request?!? -- Sounds more & more to me like either a faulty batch of batteries are being installed in these units -OR- there's some sort of hard-wiring fault in the hotsync cradle, serial line, or even at the plug end connectors. -- STAY ON THEIR CASE,...at least for all of you who can afford to do so__m_[^,0]_m__!! -- Jiveoree/SF,CA Is this message offensive or in violation of this board's policies?
