My palm will not charge in the cradle unless I push it into the cradle with some pressure while it is already fully in the cradle. Some times i put somethingthat weighs a few ounces on top of it. This still only allows me to charge it up for 30 minutes of use on the lightest brightness. I am past the 1 year waranty and I don't want to pay the large cost for "basic repair"(100 something dollars) so I am just making due for now. I have a suspition as to what caused the problem. I believe using the palm car charger extensively is what damaged my battery. I know that some mobile telephone companys(AT&T) warn you not to use the car charger alot or it will damage your phones battery. I guess i am out of luck!
