Message:I just had the exact same problem with mine. The palm tech support people suggested a hard reset with it in the cradle. That didn't work, so I sent it back and should get a new one witin 5-7 days.
Not the first palm problem I've had - since I got my first palm in February this year I've had a dead IIIe, and dead PPK and now a dead IIIc. Not doing too well....
Mind you, the tech support department are pretty efficient, to give them credit. shame I have to use them so much.
