Yup I had the same problem a few months back. Sucked it did. I called palm and told them I did all the reset crap they wanted me to do and they just went ahead and replaced it for me. Now I am on my fourth IIIC in less than a yr.....joy. I am kinda disappointed in the reliability of the unit. Maybe I'll upgrade to the new Sony. Anyone want a new IIIC and keyboard.

Just return it for a replacement.
