As of this past Monday I can no longer USB Hotsync. It does work through my IR Hotsync though. Have tried it on several computers with no success. I called Palm today and they are sending an advance unit and waiving the $25 fee. All I told them was it was not hotsyncing and they offered the new one at no cost. Ron Is this message offensive or in violation of this board's policies? If so report it by clicking here.
