I returned one after just six months because battery started losing voltage after just 10 minutes of use, down to almost 50%, and despite all the possible fixes just could not be corrected. Store actually took back after 6 months and gave me a new one, which started out with the same problem. So i d not use thedevice anymore as I can't sit and worry about recharging all the time. I agree this has been a problem from the start for A LOT OF PEOPLE, and a class action may be required to get Palm to admit they made a big mistake in design somewhere!
