Hi,I was thinking, can we have some kind of class action settlement law suit. I understand all the frustrations and problems that the Palm m505 users are going through.
First I notice the problematic USB, even though its enhanced, I'm still experiencing the problem.
Second,I notice a lot of users experiencing problem with their batteries.
Third, some users' Palm "die" all of a sudden....
Hmmm...I had an IBM Aptiva once and we were using those Mwave Modems...we had a class action suit and each user should be receiving their $100 check soon...(EAGERLY WAITING)...
If we can do the same from Palm, have them return our money, I would spend it on a Handspring or PocketPC...
I am quite disappointed in Palm.
I am disappointed with the tech support. Especially with the $25 fee. I think that as long as your unit is under warranty, I think you should be able to get free tech support.
