Thank God for the reset.
I recently got locked up and had to do a hard reset. I put the Palm in the cradle and was ask for the ID of the unit so I felt assured that Palm and BB would load it all back on the waiting Palm. Well one or the other decided that I wasn't in need of a complete restore. I think the fact that I had applications in ROM may have confused them. ( I use FlashPro from Handera. Very worth while way to add a little more memory thats not on the card.) Net result lots of missing info and apps, not to mention my backup file was now incomplete. After a few minutes I remembered I had tried the demo for SyncWizard. Started SyncWizard and my backup image was only a week old. I did a restore and oh my was I impressed. I went straight to envicon.de and bought the registered copy. What a super tool. It is a great way to stay on top of your apps, to load new apps and make a backup of the whole ball of wax including the ROM. Backing up my Palm 505 with 20mgs of apps takes 3 minutes. I run 54 apps not counting the built in apps so having SyncWizard and BackupBuddy gives me a warm feeling. Take care. Phil
