Message:We had this problem on loading several 2000 PC and while it has been a long time ago I believe we did it buy changing to a local admin user, loading the software, and then changing the user back to a normal user. Our biggest problem was in being able to sync the outlook and again trying to remember some time back I believe we had to use a CD from an old version to get the outlook syncing program and load that after installing the version that would run on 2000. If you haven't gotten yours resolved let me know and I can try to find out from one of our other techs if he remembers.
