I'll answer my own post! How's that for efficiecy?

I actually called the Customer Service people at Shakespeare (where I got the neat picture) and a nice guy called me back. I didn't even buy it from them.

The external antenna adapter fits into a small hole on the back of the phone. The antenna hole has small rubber plug in it, and is just below the open hole that must be for mounting or something. Pry the rubber thing out, and the adapter goes
right in there.

After the $19.95 purchase + $8.95 shipping + hours spent on research...NO IMPROVEMENT IN RECEPTION. I even have the antenna strung out the basement window and lying in the bushes, well outside the concrete confines of the basement.

Any reception improvement ideas? This simple issue is causing more harm to my business than any amount accounting skullduggery ever could.
