It is a tight fit, made of black nylon, has a belt clip, and velcro flap too. It cost $3.oo bucks. The name on it is: "WorkHorse" I hope this helps. I probably will go back and get another for a spare. They also have a car case. It has an open bottom for the charger, and fits pretty well too.
