Even the technicians at Kyocera haven't been able to help with this one: Ever since I got my smartphone a year ago, I have had to reinstall Desktop in order to perform a hotsync. If I don't, I get the "HotSync Problem" message: The connection between your handheld computer and your desktop was lost. Some of your data was not backed up. Please check your setup and try again."
I have tried every possible adjustment in my setup, but nothing seems to work. If anybody has any ideas, I'd surely appreciate hearing from you.
