Sorry for the length, but I cut and pasted your questions into this so I could remember them all! ;)Seriously, I sell cellular phones for a living and have had the 6035 since October...I love it! The phone even works when it's been run over by a Jeep (but it kinda shattered the screen).
Hope this helps!

1. Since the battery runs both the phone and the PDA, how long does the battery last? It's no big deal if the PDA battery dies, as long as you have been syncing, but no phone is a problem.
ANSWER: I keep my phone on all day and turn it off at night; I charge it about every 4 to 6 days.
2. Is the speakerphone usable when driving in a car?
ANSWER: Not really...unless your car is very, very quiet. I haven't seen a car speakerphone yet that worked worth a darn...get an earbud. Also, there is a setting in the phone to voice-answer when using the speakerphone or an earbud.
3. Are the external buttons on the flip part easily pressed unintentionally causing the phone to dial or turning the phone on?
ANSWER: Yes...that's why you'll need to hit the backlight button on the top of the phone to turn on the keyguard.
4. Can you sync email with Outlook? I have a Palm 100 and it did not come with the email capability. I think that is due to the 8MB RAM limit. Can you have other apps on the 6035 if you use email and web browser capabilities?
ANSWER: Your Palm M100 should have only 2MB of RAM...the 6035 has 8MB and I have no problems syncing with Outlook or Outlook Express. What do you mean by "other aps"? You can have as many aps as you can cram into 8MB.
5. Does the phone have a vibration feature as a ring option?
ANSWER: Yes. I've also found some cute ringers to load into the phone on ZD.NET
6. Is the screen glass and does it scratch easily?
ANSWER: Just as easily as a standard Palm.
7. How functional is the web browser capability? I realize the speed is slow, but can you view web pages? Is it functional? For example, how long would it take to go to Yahoo and get movie times?
ANSWER: Yahoo has a separate ap that gets you in and out of there much faster than Eudora Web (the default browser). However, it doesn't support Java, so you cannot use it to view Hotmail. Overall, it's fairly functional.
8. If you get email directly on the phone, does it automatically notify you or do you need to log onto the web?
ANSWER: If you're using a standard POP3 mailbox through your ISP, then there is no notification. If you have Yahoo and/or Hotmail, you can set an alert up so that as long as the phone is turned on, you'll get an alert.
