Register a child, grandchild, niece, nephew, or friend with TextSanta.net and the child will receive three separate, personalized text messages from Santa. If the kid does not have his or her own cell phone, the messages can be sent to a parent's phone. While the service starts at $3.99, $1 of each transaction will be donated to March of Dimes, whose mission is to improve the health of babies by preventing birth defects, premature birth and infant mortality. According to TextSanta.net, the child's data will be protected by data encryption and used only for the one-way contact from Santa as purchased and approved by parents.
