Palm on Thursday said it is on its way to 2 million units shipped of its Centro smartphone, a low-end device whose popularity may be challenged by Apple's new, lower-priced iPhone.

I wouldn't call it low end I have had a Palm Centro for about a month now, and I'm very impressed with everything it can do. I got mine from Verizon.
