They're missing one of the boats.
I've just surfaced from tech hell, converting back to my trusty simple phone and ancient IPAQ. I have no interest / need for my e-mails to bombard me daily but like many of my associates, I have a huge need to keep track of appointments and contacts on a PDA and cell phone. With Verizon, it's virtually impossible. You compromise voice clarity or sacrifice data, take your pick. Can't have both. I'd love for HP and other smart phone manufacturers to make a PDA with a QWERTY keyboard with good voice clarity and the Windows operating system that would work on the Verizon network. So far - there's not a good option. Either they lose data, have poor design or one simply can't hear from them. Are there any companies out there listening?
