The pack that I bought does not come with installation CD, which mean I have to logon to their website to download maps every time, this has taken me so far 8 hours for 5 country and I have to unzipped files put them into a organised folder, then guess the filename what city it is telling me (POR_SET+REGPNM.PDB, prize for the correct answer !!).I do not believe this is a way to save money for the company and inconvient to the buyer. Where is this user friendly software idea gone? how could a company expect user to download/unzip/burn CD/organise file/guessing game? After allthese then you find out they only support major road and all the display is in line drawing with big text.
Without the installation CD I would only rate this product 1/10.
