Follow up Want to be fair to the producer so here is what has happened since my first post. I was eventually contacted by them. If I ran the PSSetup.exe from either the PDA or my Windows XP computer I got the error... "PSSetup.exe is not a valid Win32 application". I was eventually able to install the product by 1) Copying the entire downloaded zip file to the PDA 2) Using a PDA unzip program I unzipped it on the PDA. This was important because I did not end up with a 0K cab file like I did on my PC. 3) I used a PDA cab installer program to complete the installation. Buyer beware I purchased the Ipaq version of this software and after downloading it I ended up with a Palm OS manual and application that appears ok in Winzip but unzips to 0K. I have contacted the producer/seller and 3 days now no response. I called a phone number they have listed on their website and got the entry point for a voice mail system asking me to enter in my access code. Talk about your bad online buying experience.
