NOVASIB, LLC has released new Silkyboard II keyboards for Sony Clie T615 and Palm i705 devices.

Silkyboard keyboards are a popular overlay that sits on top of the Graffiti area of a Palm OS device. It is basically the same keyboard you use for typing but for a PDA. Though it covers the Graffiti area, users can still choose to input text via Graffiti should they choose too. Many users find it not only easier to use than Graffiti but also the virtual keyboard that comes as part of the Palm OS.

Silkyboard keyboards exist for every conceivable Palm OS device: Visor, Palm, Sony, IBM, Handera, and even the Kyocera Smartphone. Two basic types are available. There's Silkyboard Standard Edition and Silkyboard Professional Edition. The Professional Editions adds 15 extra functions, hotkeys to applications for immediate launch, Shortcuts, like "http://www." and others, as well as multi-step macros and more. The SilkyBoard II for the Palm i705 and Clie T615 both go for $39.95.
