Read the web site
Epocrates doesn't "expire" and you don't have to buy the upgraded edition. You can continue to use the free version. I don't know how many idiots have jumped to this conclusion, but they are completely inadequate and I'm tired of keeping them informed. I'll be you can't program your VCR's either. How many times does someone have to correct you anyway? If the Iranians had anything to do with you they had better watch out. I'll bet Rudolf Hess is your relative. Margaret Thatcher told me to watch out for you. On the television. Then, wouldn't you know it, Monte Python is taken off the air and I'm reduced to typing away with mindless drivel in an attempt to entertain people who can't read a web page about updating a free drug database without jumping to conclusions and making indiscriminate charges regarding having to pay for continued ability to utilize free software. Some of them will even continue to read this, allowing themselves to be perpetually insulted by a complete stranger. Yes, I would believe that they will stop using Epocrates and tell their no-brain friends and relatives that Epocrates now wants money for their software. Well, it seems my lithium levels are about to peak and I must resume my quest for another org asm. Large breasted Japanese girls bring out the best in me. Aloha.

not only doctors
As an RN using epocrates, I have caught several medication errors that have slipped past both the physician writing the order and the pharmacist filling it. I have recommended epocrates to several of my nursing colleagues.

good book
i have been using epocrates in uk. i feel it is very handy and useful while i am in the ward. the difficulty is, this is a formulary for united states and am using in uk. still i find it useful though not 100% i would not have used it if you had charged for this. i wish the service is continued.
