Handhelds
The isuue over usimg proxy to access the Internet wirelessly or via modem gives the user the advantage of not incurring a ISP or WISP monthly cost.

Hope there is no proxy
Sounds like Palm have used the Proxy model like Handspring with Blazer rather than make a true stand-alone browser. That means that you cant get to anything on the corporate intranet!

I am disappointed that they took this approach after buying Handweb which was proxy free. Seems like Palm have again ignored the corporate market and are aiming at the general public exclusively. The same concerns about speed affect the PocketPC, yet MS saw fit to avoid the proxy model for Pocket IE. I think I will be sticking to EudoraWeb for my Palm browsing!
