Treo Mail via Vodafone
Currently using Treo Mail in the 30-day trial period.
Works well with a Vodafone GPRS connection.
Vodafone GPRS activation on the Treo 270 is automatic and no fumbling necessary as is the case with WIN CE devices and APN managers.
Can't understand why this does not catch on more here in Holland - lack of advertising perhaps?
I have a Jornada 720 and Siemens SIMPad but the Treo 270 beats both, though the battery could be better.
Still, the Treo Mail service is working a treat so will subscribe for a 12-month period at the end of the 30-day try-out. Awaiting confirmation that wire transfers are acceptable for subscribing.
