Important thing missing This modem and the included software are very limited. There is no software to allow you to use the modem as a dialer for your contacts, the way I use the Palm Desktop software. Also, once you set one source of email, such as Earthlink, you have to totally reconfigure your network options to access another source, such as AOL.
